Synchronous motors

anelli

The synchronous motors are usually used like generators, but with the static frequency converters evolution, they are used also like motors.

TYPES

Reluctance motors

Smooth poles synchronous motors (fig.1)

FEATURES

• Compact, sturdy, small dimension and low weight.
• Low vibrators values.
• High affidability, long durability and low maintenance cost.
• Propension to overload.
• Low sound emission
• Fully customizable.

SIZE

B3 –B5 –B14.

PROTECTION LEVEL: IP23 (Esq) and IP55 (ES )

COOLING SYSTEM
In the ESQ series the cooling system is self-ventilated, and the cooling fan is placed inside the motor, on its shaft. The heat is dissipated by an air flux that pass through the coils.
In the Es series the cooling fan is outside the motor.

BEARINGS
The motors are equipped with ZZ bearing, with lifelong lubrication grease.

VIBRATIONS
Every motor has a vibration value within the N level.
The vibrations are tested on every single motor, when it spin without any load and at his own nominal tension and frequency. The rotor balancing is performed with his torque pin.

COLOR

The standard color is RAL 5010. However it is available every type of color.

POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE
The tension variation admitted is ±5%
However motors are available with special tension and variation.

ENVIRONMENT TEMPERATURE
The motors are designed to work in an environment with a temperature between 0°C and +40°C.

TEST

The motors are tested with a standard test in our factory
